Full papers (max. 6 pages) or extended abstracts (max. 2 pages) must be uploaded in the paper submission system

Full papers will be reviewed by two reviewers each. Extended abstracts will undergo a simplified review process.
Accepted papers and extended abstracts are to be included in the ODAM/NES Conference Proceedings published by the IEA Press including an ISBN number. The proceedings will be searchable in Google Scholar.
Authors of full papers will be given the opportunity to revise their papers for possible inclusion in special issues of two human factors and ergonomics academic journals.
The conference proceedings will be handed out for free on a USB stick to registered participants. The printed conference proceedings are available for 35 Euro. The ODAM-NES conference would like to be a green conference. Hence, we encourage participants to choose the USB stick only.
